I've been having some thoughts for the past few weeks about men, particularly when I'm "on my own". Some of them have been quite a turn-on and my sexual interest in women has gone! Am I gay?

Where you interested in women before? If so most likely not, many men have fantisies of varoious types. Often it is our own worry about our sexual staus that causes doubts and the such.

You *may* be gay... thoughts are not reality, however. I think you would know if you had a homosexual encounter as you would see if reality held the same excitement as your fantasies did. :)

I don't think you are gay. Sometimes we all have fantasies with the same sex, just thinking about "how it would be to...", it happened to me as well. But in real life, I don't think I could kiss a woman... or touch her there. Try it out, go to a gay pub and see if you still would fancy touching men, or would it give you pleasure to see other men touching/kissing. Most probably you would realise your real feelings. I don't think there's anything wrong with fantasies, it is a natural curiosity.

Maybe your just sick and tired of women. Does not mean your gay.

You may be. Some questions to ask yourself are: Are you more sexually attracted to men or women? Do you feel more of a friendship type bond with women and wonder what it will be like to see a man naked? Do you find yourself fantasizing about men more than you do women? If the answer to all of these questions are yes... then you are gay. You might want to explore your sexuality though and see if it is just a fantasy or something for a lifestyle by possibly being with a man in a sexual way or by kissing a man and seeing how it makes you feel. There are several gay websites that you can do this at.

If you were gay you wouldn't be asking this-you would know from a VERY young age.

Do you use these new sexual thoughts to get you going ?
Do you have these thoughts during masturbation? and I'm guessing you probably don't have the same thoughts after you have finished with yourself.
At the moment your not gay, at most your probably Bi-Curious, when you stop having sex with women, and then have sex with men... thats when your Gay.

Yeah, that is a good way of putting it as well. I guess I was taken aback by the fact that he said he had NO interest in women like that anymore. Maybe it is he is just bored with his present sex life and all.

But like has been mentioned... unless you've taken that leap from thinking about it to actually doing it and liking it better. I would venture its just a thought.

I would say your leaning and more on the gay side. For you to be turned on by the same sex your really in the danger zone and maybe at worst bi-curious. When your thoughts become reality, and you stop having sex with women then your gay. Good luck!
