This morning my dog was acting extremely weird. He won't speak or eat his treats or food. He's walking around w/ his tail tucked & isn't doing anything. He is a 7 year old shi-tzu. He hasn't drank any of his water and his stomach has been making these INSANILY loud gargling noises. He is acting like he doesn't know where he is and everywhere we go he has to be right next to us. He hasn't been having gas so I don't think that is is. But I just want to know if I should let it go or call the vet and get an appointment.

I would take him to the vet just to be on the safe side. Maybe something has happened to him which really scared him, his tail between his legs indicates that. Has something traumatic happen? Does he go outside by himself?

You should probably get on going to the vet. If it Bloat it can be fatal to your dog.
