I Don't Know What To Do Anymore, Last Week I Went To Court To Resove My Child Support Case, Da For Child Support Was Present My-ex And Me .the Da And The Judge Talked About Terminating Muy Child Support I Used To Pay Child Support To My Ex But Now I Have Physical Custody Of Her So They Said It'll Being As 12/05/07 Da Was Taking Notes Of Everything . Now I Got The Minute Order And It Doesn't Say Anything About Terminating My Child Support And Having To Pay 0 Child Support. I Call The Child Support Office And They Still Have My Case Open Was The Da Supposed To Take Care Of The Case. I Don't Understand And I Don't Know What To Do Anymore.:

Contact the court and find out when they will notify the child support office. It might take a while for the information to be passed from one office (court) to the child support office working with the paper work. Hopefully for you, that will make the dates set forth in court retroactive when it is all completed. But check with the courts to find out how long or if you need to do any additional steps.

Also, if you can get a court stamped copy of the case, along with notes and decisions, that you can turn in to the child support office, it might be helpful.
