Hi! I am 23 years old, and I am a week and three days late on my period. I have started working out and eating a lot healthier for about a month. I exercise everyday for about 40 minutes running. I spotted on the day I was supposed to start kindof brownish, other than that I thought It must have something to do with my new exercise. I have been really moody and emotional this month. That is what everybody says anyway. I really was not worried because I thought a lot of physical activity would post pone it, but my boyfriend keeps asking me if I started which is making me worry now. As of now I have not taken a hpt. Should I be worried? Any advice?
