Hi there, I live in ontario canada and a single mom working part time, I owe a legal bill for my separation agreement and cannot afford to pay, I have been paying monthly and the company has told me that they will not longer accept my payments as one check bounced, They said they were going to take legal action againist me including putting a lien on my house and garnish my wages. If they garnish my wages, how much can they take>

This varies by area but is generally up to 25% of salary. They may or may not be able to put a lien on your house. Most areas exempt primary residence from being used for unsecured debt. Even if they do place a lien, it won't mean anything until you go to sell the house.

I am still paying all my other bills, will they leave me enough to live and pay the bills

If they garnish 25percent of my wage, is it 25percent of each pay, or my yearly income, I get paid every 2 weeks, so does that mean they will take off 25 percent every 2 weeks

If they get a judgement against you and apply for a garnishment of your wages, they will take whatever percent they can without regard to what you can afford. The 25% will be calculated based on your periodic paycheck.
