I am diabetic.I took the normal? Route ,dealing with it ,their way! LOL Not anymore no more insulin,I take vit. min. and herbs.Can I safely add ambrotose? My sugar is still high about 200 but I feel so much better.Can I safely add Ambrotose?I don't eat sugar and rarely eat bread.I can't eat fruit or juice because my sugar goes over the roof.I live on vegetables and protein.:confused:

I'd be leery - until you get a good medical source confirming it is safe.

HI I have been diabetic for over 33 years and have started ambrotose and have been on it for 3 months I have seen an improvement on my health! I would take the stuff!!
