I saw a movie in the 70's or 80's about a family who moves into a house that is possessed where the grandma from the previous family lives upstairs with all these photos of people and the mother of the family brings her tea. Bad things start happening to the family - I think one of the children drown in the pool and when they try to escape, the house attacks them. It ends with the mother taking the place of the grandma and the family's picture now among the pictures in the room. I was very young when I saw the movie, so I may be off on the description, but I really want to watch it again and see if it is as good as I remember.
