If I violate my probation from a fight and make contact with the same person even though I'm not aloud too, how serius can the punishment be, I DO have court for this event coming up.

It depends on how pissed off the judge gets when he hears that you violated his order. He could END your probation and put you in the slam. Most judges don't like that kind of stuff.

I'd get a lawyer if I could.
