when I try to access windows update website I get error 0x80072EE7
I have followed all the instructions regarding this problem but it is still with me I can access most other websites any ideas please:(

Thank you for your reply I have already done the suggested Hosts fix & quite a few more but the problem persists :confused:

Thank you for your advise have been to the links Ran the guided help & did the hosts stuff
Have gone to Microsoft APAC Global consumer support 7 have received some help but most of it I have already done looks like being a long job wish me luck

You can manually download updates and manually install them, here is a link for updates

You can also download service pack 3 . It seems to be pretty stable I have been using it for weeks

Have you tried a system restore
