I think you need to go and see your doctor to get this checked out!
It may be nothing but at least your going to have peace of mind. It could be a number of different things, but a doctor would be able to answer your question straight off.
I would also stop having sex, till you get checked! Plus cut down on drinking coke and coffee so on as this is also a side effect so I'm told to make problems like this... But doctor I feel is the only way forwards for you.
I have also posted this on your other thread as your posting the same question again.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Please check the following links, but don't be distressed and think the worst right off the bat. These are just to show you how many conditions and symptoms men can go through that can result in the problem you might have. As has been said already the best thing for you to do is to see a specialist. The type of specialist is a Urologist who can quickly diagnose you and plan the right regimen of treatment for you and maybe your wife. Again, until then, if you don't have a latex allergy, use condoms to make sure that your wife has some protection. We do not judge people and don't imply that you did anything wrong, so please don't feel that way. We are here to help you find answers to your questions and hope that all works well. What you do with the suggestions is your choice, and I wish you all the best and that the problem is minimal and can be taken care of without problems. Again, all the best, and please keep us posted if you feel like it. By the way, belated Happy New Year!
