I do I clean my hard drive,I've done disc clean up,and defraged,still running slow

What make you think that its you hard drive that is the issue? It could be that you have millions of programs running in the backround. Try Start > Run "msconfig" see what is starting up disable the problem you don't want starting up and restart see if your read time is better. If you hard drive starts slowing down and maybe on its way out.

I would go to IOBIT.com and download the freeware version od advanced windows care and see what's going on
