The other night me and my boyfriend went over to a friends place. I am 19yrs old and he is 21, one of the guys living there was stupid and walk right outside his house and stole a street sign but not just the sign they stop sign street and everything! Well someone saw him do this and called the cops. They show up and walk straight in, after seeing that some people were drinking they decided to card everyone. When it came my turn I confessed to having one (thats all I really had) and they didn't make me take a breathalizer test or anything. On my ticket it says I have to go to juvinelle court why is this? And also could I go to court and tell them it was a forced confession? What would happen then? They did tell me that I could go to jail tonight and lose my license.. and I was so scared! I want this to be really quiet because I have never been in trouble and don't want my parents to find out. How and what do I go about getting the least amount of punishment without getting a lawyer?

The first thing you need to do is don't ever drink any alcoholic beverages again. And second, you need to find friends who don't drink. Next time you or your friends may end up in jail or dead. Find some new friends who don't drink. The innocent by standers always have a way of paying the consequences of the bad people they hang around with.

The troublemakers will blame you to keep from getting themselves into trouble.
