Installed new GFCI receptacle in bathroom. Tested allciecuits on line with GFCI tester and all indicate OK. After exactly 3 minutes the GFCI trips. This was repeated several times. Replaced the GFCI receptacle with a new one and same results.

Do you have something connected to the Load side terminals of the GFI?

If so, there may be a ground fault on the circuit downstream of the GFI device.

If not, be sure the Line feed connects to the LIne terminals of the GFI.

Get back with more detail.

When disconnected from the gfci the line side is hot and the load side is dead. Line side is connected to line side of the gfci and the load is connected to the load side. Everything on the load side is disconnected. When the gfci is reset it trips exactly at 3 minutes. 5 receptacles on the load side were replaced with new Leviton receptacles and tested with gfci tester and all test OK. This tripping was repeated 5 times at exactly 3 minutes.

Does it trip in 3 minutes when the load is disconnected?? If so
Remove GFI from wall, disconnect ground so only hot and neutral are connected to GFI, See if it trips in 3 Minutes.
