We have a 1099-g that was received for unemployment compensation in Missouri, how do we file this on our state taxes?

I would say yes in most cases.

However, Missouri may NOT tax unemployment compensation. Suggest you check our the Missouri state government website, or, better yet, call the Missouri Department of Taxation/Revenue and ASK!
