My sound drive does not work any more after the laptop crash I went to the control panel and I click on sound and it shows yellow question mark and it say no device

Can you give more information on your laptop. Example name,model,operating system etc. Did you upload any software before your laptop crashes?

Go into device mgr and right click on the item that has yellow mark next to it and click uninstall and say OK
Close all windows and restart the PC, on restart your comp will recognize sound card and install a generic driver that should work with it
Go back into device mgr and make sure no yellow mark
If mark re-appears, you need to find out what wound card you have and go to mfg website and download the latest driver
