I have found 359 colored pencils just for you (http://search.ebay.com/colored-pencils_W0QQfkrZ1QQfromZR8) on EBAY. I hope this was in some way helpful to you.

As a professional artist, the brand of colored pencil I have used is Prismacolor. You can buy them at an art store or on a website such as Danielsmith.com.
The cheap pencils available are usually too hard don't blend well.

Prismacolor is a good brand, although I prefer General's myself. As far as I know, General's are only available in art stores or online. The advantage with Prismacolor is that it's more widely available... I have even seen sets at Wal-Mart. It depends on what you are doing with the pencils. As Idecook says, cheap pencils are not very good for serious artwork.

:) Heh! No, but Breda does have a very spiffy prison, circular in shape, modelled on some 19th century American designs, it's a huge place and dominates the skyline from some angles.
