My name is Sunil Kumar and I am here in Sunderland, UK on a work permit as a registered pharmacist for about 4 yrs. I recently got married to Kawita Malani, US citizen, and is here with me on a vist visa. But now we are applying for spouse dependent visa and were wondering if she needs to apply for that in US (being US citizen) or in Pakistan (being Pakistan born). Please, we would like to know if US considered her home country or Pakistan? Please let me know. We would really appreciate it.

Doesn't matter if she apply from US or pakistan,the decision will be taken by UK embassy nothing to do with above mentioned countries
