I own a Maytag (top freezer) refrigerator model number MTF2456AE... bought in 2001. In the past 3-4 months it has started sweating profusely - but specifically on the freezer door. Today I found out the condensation is coming down all four sides and I have puddles in the front on the ground. Inside seems cold with no running problems. Can you please help me by explaining just what is going on (and or if you have ever heard of this probem with this machine) - so I can either complain about it to Maytag (who I hear is rather tone deaf when it comes to helping customers), fix it, or replace it. First give all the coils a good cleaning, both condenser and evaporator.
