The things that I use for spots is ASPIRIN!!
I dissolve 4 pills in a bit of water and apply to my skin as a facemask! Leave on for 15-30 minutes. It's fantastic. The next day my spots have nearly all disappeared. Try it and let me know how it works for you. :)

Sometimes I use a little bit of baking soda and hot water. My grandma told me about that. According to what she said, the salt draws out the infection. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but it seems to work for me when I am starting to get a breakout. One thing however, don't use it if you have an open sore, like from popping a zit, because it will sting.

Peggyhill. I use Baking soda with a little water as a scrub. It's really good. It softens my skin. :)
