My brother has a warrant issued, and we just found this out, however we are boarding an aircraft tomorrow to go out of state for a funeral. When he intentionally went to jail he was bonded out through an agency, and after going to court 2 times the DA hadn't filed charges yet, so he was told not to come back to court, however to just keep checking to see if charged were filed in the future. Well charges were filed yesterday, and he has a warrant now but when he called the agency he just got a recording and he left them a message. It will be cleared as soon as he speaks to someone at this agency, and they remove it and set up a court date. Will he be able to fly without first getting the warrant cleared up? Since they have not returned his call yet?

Do you need more hassels in your life right now? Then have brother wait until the warrant is cleared up. It never hurts to wait versus have them detain him at the airport and proceed directly to jail, do not go past go, and do not collect $200 only to have to clear it up at jail. It's a lot easier to clear up when you're not in jail.

Hello dandi:

Just what do you think those airport cops have on their computers?? World of Warcraft?? I don't think so.

They check them against a federal do not fly list. It is possible he will be on it. So it is very possible that they will stop him,

Dungeons and Dragons, I think -

Maybe not.

I predict bells and whistles will go off.
