I would have to go with STOP so B.
A gene is a string of codons that make up a recipe for a particular kind of protein. The nucleotides A(Adenine), T(Thymine), G(Guanine), and C(Cytosine) are the four-letter alphabet of genetic coding. A single nucleotide conveys no message. However, triplets do convey information. Any arrangement of three nucleotides, such as T-G-A or G-C-C, is called a triplet. Each triplet, or codon, is a recipe for a particular amino acid.
