Is it omissible to present e-mails as evidence in a court of law?

Do you have a copy of an email? Do you have personal knowledge of an email, i.e. did you see the email? If so, yes.

Yes, e-mails are admissible as evidence. However, their authenticity may need to be verified.

Normally yes, now of course you can expect the lawyer from the other side to try and object, and remember all it does prove is that it came from that persons email address. So if it is from a hotmail or a Yahoo, not there actual server email, it will be a little harder to prove it is actually from them, and not some account you created. So a lot will depend, while they court will review it, the actual weight of the evidece varies on your ability to prove it came from their computer and that the person in question actually wrote it
