I have just found a small red spot on the bottom shaft area of my penis. Its slightly raised and has a white top on (looks like it has puss or something inside), it is painful when pressed in or anything like that as well. It just looks near enough exactly the same as the spots I used to have on my face which were also painful when tried pop them. This is the first one of these I've seen on this area and I am not sexually active so I don't see how it can be a STD. Can anyone try to help me, that if it looks like a normal spot is that just what it is or something more serious?



I did use the search but the ones that came up were not exactly the same as my situation.
