Im going to Hawii in about a month and 25 days I really want to loose like 30 pounds but I don't know how. Ive done a whole load or running, sit ups, crunchers and I eat well but it doesn't show. How do I loose the weight and show it off?

It took a while to pack on these pounds and it's going to take a while to get them off safely. Change your eating habits for one. Ditch the soda whether diet or regular for starters, ditch the fast food, ditch the products that have soybean or soybean oil in them (and there are a LOT of those products out there) Check the ingredients labeling on whatever you buy and you'll be shocked to see it listed as the first or second ingredient. Soybeans are used to pack on weight on animals. Soybeans do a great job of packing on pounds on humans also. Stay clear of pre-packaged foods also.

You could try the South Beach Diet. A friend of mine tried that and successfully lost some weight that she wanted to. I tried the Atkins Diet and lost 20 lbs but it took me about 2 months as I did not do the diet in it's most extreme form.

Yeah, it will take a while to lose it. Don't be upset if you don't lose it all before then. Just focus on being healthy and in shape, and don't worry about the scale too much.

Make sure to drink plenty of water. Watch out for the sweet and oily products. Try to get at least a half hour or so of exercise in every day, or at least most days. I find that walking helps me to lose weight. My doctor says that walking is a great way to burn the stored fat in your body. Sometimes I will walk while holding small weights to build muscle in my upper body too. Yoga is great to do with exercise. It makes you feel more energetic and healthier because it stretches your muscles and increases circulation.

Find an exercise that you enjoy. Target the "problem areas" that you want to tone up. For me, it is my butt and thighs. I do some kickboxing exercises to target these areas while wearing light ankle weights. I also have a dance workout video that I love because it has great music.

As always, check with your doctor before starting a diet/exercise plan. Make sure you are healthy enough to be exercising. Also, it might help to visit a nutritionist. I did once, and it really helped me plan my diet so that I was still getting enough nutrition while cutting calories. Remember that the most beautiful person is a confident person! Just keep doing what you are doing and, in time, the weight will come off. Good luck!

Earth - Slimfast is truly not what it's cracked up to be. If anything it makes you hungry and acts like an "apetizer" and not a real meal. Read the ingredients and you'll see what I mean. Generally most all the weight loss prepackaged foods are a joke and are not what they pretend to be. The frozen TV dinners are the worst as well, so don't fall into their trap.

I was actually eating Lean Cuisines, are those bad for you? If so, why?

There is no real weight loss that does it fast. So set up a good diet plan, a good exercise program but don't expect to lose that much that fast ( and it be off the right places anyway)
