Hi my name is Holly I am writing to ask you a question about citizenship. My husband is from El Salvador and he passed his U.S. citizenship test. He is going to his ceremony soon. And he had a question for you he wants to petition for his family to come here and his question is that he has a niece that lives with his mom and she his the little girls caregiver. Will he be able to apply for her to come here also. Since she will have no one to stay with her because his mom and dad is the caregiver and she lives with them. And he also has brothers and sisters that already live here and he wanted to know how he can apply for them also. If you could get back to me and let me know I would appreciate it. Since his brothers and sisters are already here they first must be in this country legally and then they must start their own citizenship petition.
