I've taken the washer apart and it's not the coupler. What else could it be?? It won't spin on any cycle... It will wash but not spin and drain the water out of tub... Thank you

Have you tried testing and/or replacing the switch that is located in the lid? The switch prevents the tub from spinning with the lid open. Somehow when that switchy deal goes bad it keeps the washer from spinning period. I paid a hefty service call to find out that was my washer's problem when it would not drain and spin. Try that and see if that is your problem. Doing the wash in the bathtub is not fun until you get washer fixed.

Just worked on a washer that wouldn't spin. I replaced the clutch and it works fine now. Check to see if worn out.
