There are certain files on my computer that I cannot delete, no matter how many times I try. When I try to delete them, a message pops up that says it cannot read the source file on the disk, or that it is an unspecified file. How can I get rid of these?

There may be a very good reason why you can't delete these files, normally they are in use by a program or are protected by the system.
If you would let us know what they are we may be able to help better.

What is the path/folder - and the file name(s) - of what won't delete?
