This question is for dumpees that have been broken up for awhile. Like at least 4 or 5 months.

Do you still want them back? Or could you care less?

I have to say NO Thank you,
This last time 6 months ago was the 14th time in 18 years. I actually embrassed it. The mental weight off my shoulder hit at he 3 month mark. I realised so much abuse over so much time takes its toll.
Apart from that I have a newby who is great

Of course NOT!!

Wanting them back is just because of US. Not because of him/her.
So, when you are over it, you will understand that nobody worth your tears, NOBODY!! :)

Yep 14 times. It's called Emotional Blackmail. You see, it took the 14th time for me to realise what an abuser she was. She wasn't just a small blackmailer she was chronic. She once drove from Hobart, Tasmania to Brisbane Queensland (1800km's) because I didn't respond to an I love You Text within 4 hours of receiving it. OK I was at work and had my mobile off, but hey that seems to be inconsequential. No notice just gone. That was the 13the time. After 3 months I changed states, didn't chase and met someone new. As soon as I did that. Bling she appears with my 3 daughters.
I told her then that it was the last time. Enough was enough.
This time I went off the face of the earth with NC.

As for me, even when I'm still in the fresh stages of a break up I just find it abit hard to accept him back, even though I was really crazily in love with him then. But now it's just lost just like that. The time, love, effort and money that I've put into this ended with him sending me a text saying its best we breakup.

Sounds like a nutjob... well, when kids are involved it's a lot different I guess.
