Our small community library installed a Honeywell TB8220 Commercial VisionPRO Programmable Thermostat last summer and the installer programmed it with no coaching to the volunteers who try to keep the library going. He is extremely busy plus we are trying hard to avoid the $75 per hour charge. We have contacted Honeywell and they did send a more extensive owners manual. Is there anyone out there who can give an understandable overview of how to program and also how to understand exactly what the code numbers are?

Sorry to say but a step by step set up using this type of communication would take hours. The above manuals especially the second link are done in plain english and can be understood by every day people.

You were sold a thermostat that you did not need with way to many features. A simpler programmable thermostat would have been a better choice for your situation and much more user friendly.
