Do you mean:

log_3 {(x+2)}\ +\ log_3{(x-1)}\ -\ 2?

First, try to get everything written in the same log base. Note that:

2 = log_3 9

and combine that with the property that log(abc) = log(a) + log(b) + log(c). So you have:

log_3 {(x+2)}\ +\ log_3{(x-1)}\ -\ 2\ =\ log_3 {(x+2)} +log_3 {(x-1)} +log_3 9 = log_3 {[9(x+2)(x-1)]}
