I was working out hard.. people were saying I looked like I was on steroids I was getting big.. id do a 12 hours day of hard labour outa town work and than come home and go to the gym for an hour or 2 at my hotel everyday and than go to bed.. but I wasn't really getting defined maybe I a little.. I was just getting really thick I don't want to be thick I wanan be defined like I said before and be cut.. but than augs came and I got an injury with my wrist and had to get surgey I was off for 3 months and didn't run or anything so I got the gut back.. I recently been working out for 2 months now getting back on it sometimes work out 2 times a day I have a bowflex I do that in the morning work out the hole body and do all excersie than have some eggs healthy foods for breakfest and later a protein drink just started this recantly.than I go to the gym later at night leik 6 or 7.. I'm farely stocky and always get bugged about it.. I don't waan be stocky I wanan be defined.. I run 2.5 to 3 km a day at the gym and work out doing pecs and everything abs etc do like 3o mines of running and the rest lifghting. Probably at the gym for an hour and a half or more.. I been running etc now.. I cut down on bad foods and stop drinking pop just drink water eat healthy etc.. I been taking protein powder to but a kind that makes you cut not bigger.. and I notice I isn't getting cut I just getting thicker again.. I don't wanan be thick and afraid it just happen again I wanan be defined help I'm starting to think that that's just the way I am and it will never happen and just figure screw it what's the point and give up.. or think the only way would be to get lipo suction or soemthing like that.. and I don't want to...

You need to get blood into a muscle to produce growth, like when you train your chest dog 3-4 different exercises for this part alone, without exercising another body part till you complete all your chest exercises. Train your weaker body part first, when your energy is highest, intensitiy builds muscle. Part of contstant growth is never allowing your body to get use to 1 specific kind of exercise, change exercises, sets, reps, rest times, weights, even the angles of pull on your muscles. Confuse your muscles to keep growth and defination continuing.
