I am having work authorization H1b visa .My present employer is not paying me for last 3 months and I am not in a position to change my employer because I am not having any recent pay stubs. So please advise me to take further action immediately.

Hi,

I had filed a transfer with a new company,but now its more than 5 1/2 months but still my case is pending with USCIS.Recently I got RFE for all pay stubs of the previous employer.
I sent whatever I had,few pay stubs were not with me as the employer did not pay during those months.
Now my question is.Is it normal to take such a long time.
I wanted to convert into premium processing to expedite,does it work now at this stage.
I want to get H4 stamped for my wife,can I do with old employers visa on my passport

Any inputs are highly appreciated.
