Im highly disturb and lonely this time please show me some way out I also don't want to go back but I cannot be able to resist and stop myself I lost his mobile no. also. I just want to to talk him once and listen him, I don't know why I do this every time after every breakup. He comes on my thoughts and I cannot resist and try and get him always. This is not love it is infatuation bordering on obsession. Nothing will change until you change it. And the only way to do that is to get very involved in other things. You are stuck in a loop. Right now do one thing completely different to what you normally do.
