My HP 7320 PC does not recognize my SanDisk MP3 player when I plug it in. I haven't used the USB port for about 2 months but when I wanted to add more music to my mp3, the message "USB does not recognize device". I did the trial run of Driver Detective to try to help but it shows the SanDisk driver is fine. I do not want to spend the $29.95 for the full version of Driver Detective if I am not sure if it will help. So hopefully someone here can help. Thanks! :cool:

Have you got all your windows updates? Do you have another usb device you can try in the usb slot to see if it gets recognized? Did the sandisk come with any software?XP or Vista

Download a program called sonic stage, it is a program used to convert audio to portable music devices it is completely free. If it doesn't work just crack the driver detective and save $30.00.
