Is it legal for a fifteen yr old to buy spray paint?

Many places, especially those that are plagued by graffiti, make it illegal for minors to purchase spray paint cans. NY is one of them.

Well when I live with my mom in Indiana, it is Illegal for people under 18 to buy spraypaint, white out, and some other stuff... but my dad lives in NJ and I believe its definitely illegal for minors to buy Spraypaint because of all the Graffiti! Have your parents buy it for you or older sibling

The real qustions should be what do you need it for, and I bet you do have to be 18

Depends on the state, in parts of PA they won't even let minors by white out.
Got to love the dummies who sniff the stuff and ruin the actual use of it for the rest of us.

Ok then. Because I got a stencil of a Logo I absolutely adore and I wanted to spraypaint it on a hoodie of mine. So yea. Idk ill just have my boyfriend buy it much easier, and much less hassle lol.

In general, you can use the stuff, but can't buy it.

In NJ you have to be 18+ to buy spraypaint, it depends on what state you're in though.

Well it's all good I got the spray paint and I did my use for it so it's all good.
