Ok so as some of you may know by now I'm 36 weeks and have been having contractions since Sunday they come and go but they are starting to get stronger but aren't consistent.
So does anyone know of anything safe to do to help it along if my cervix is favorable of labor.
I would think that it would be since I'm already dialating and having contractions.
Now I'm just so tired of the back ache and the menstrual cramps and nothing coming out at the end.

I'm sure you know that advising you of this at 36 weeks could be contraindicated. While some doctors consider 36 weeks full term, others don't until 37 weeks, yet others not until 39.
The last few weeks of pregnancy are by far the worst. However, leaving the bun in the oven until the baking is complete is best for the baby.
Nature takes its course for a reason sweetie. No need to rush it.

I know I'm just a basket case between the bachache, the cramps, now my hormones have gone heywire at this very moment I feel like I could just strangle my husband.
I feel like I'm losing it...

Hun, you just have to bear with it. It's harder than it sounds, I know... But you don't want to risk your beautiful baby daughter by going into labor too early.
These are very common feelings at this point in your pregnancy.
The more pregnancies we have, the more we feel these "pains." For every pregnancy, the last few weeks are harder than they were in the last pregnancy. It's all due to hormones and stretching of the musculature and ligaments that were tighter in our last pregnancy.
It will be over soon. I can promise you that, as pregnancy is limited and does not last a lifetime. I know that's no consolation right now. I remember being so angry at my doctor when he told me those things during my 4th pregnancy, but it's true.
Just try, and I know it's hard, to remember that this is the natural order of things, and that if you try to have the baby right now you may run into some serious complications with baby that could have been prevented if you just let nature take it's course.

I know, don't worry I won't do anything like take castrol oil (yuck)
I guess I'm just so tired, with my other two I didn't have these dang contractions till labor had begun full force and this has been going on for akmost a week now.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
MY back hurts like crazy, my stomach is sore from the cramps and contractions and my hormoes are just the icing on the cake.
Got to love being a women...

LOL...
Does your doctor allow warm baths at this point in your pregnancy? If you have not lost your mucous plug, this may be an option for you.
You are far enough along that taking some Tylenol will be okay for you.
When I was where you are now, 6 years ago, I tried to remember to weigh the risks and the benefits... I'm sore get this baby OUT... Will baby come home with me or be in NICU for weeks/months if I have him now?
Castor oil is a very old method that can cause more harm than good. So, I'm glad you have tossed that idea in the trash.
Yeah, after the 3rd kid, for me anyway, the last 8 weeks were the worst. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy, but I would do it all over again.
