I am a 27 year old male. I have cystic acne and am always trying to treat it. Sometimes I go tanning to help dry it out. My latest attempt was taking 4-6 grams of pantheotonic acid (b5). About a month after taking it I started to feel sick. I don't think this was related to the b5. I decided that Saturday to go out drinking with friends. I was hoping to wake up not feeling sick, or at least I could get totally sick and get it over with. Weird philosophy, I know. Well, I woke up Sunday morning feeling so sick and achy (and hungover). I also noticed these little reddish brown freckle-like spots on my hands between my thumb and index finger. They also went onto my wrists and the underside of my right forearm. They weren't raised or itchy or anything. I was sick for a few days and it finally went away, but the "freckles" remained. Well, they got lighter and turned more of an orangey brown. Its been about two weeks now and they're still there. I've been looking around on the internet for answers, usually gets me in trouble, and the closest thing I have found is schamberg's disease. It occurs mainly in men, after illness or from an allergic reaction. Could this be it? I look at all these pictures online and they are all WAY more severe that what's on my hand. Am I overreacting? Unfortunately, I have no health insurance. I thought about going to urgent care, but I'm sure theyd just send me to a dermatologist, which I can't afford. Any thoughts?

Go to a university or state run hospital the large ones should have a dermatologist that will charge a sliding fee. Also in my area we have a really nice health clinic that goes by sliding fee scale. You could see if your city or a city close to you offers such a service.
