The best thing to do, would be to take it to a pharmacist who can visit with you and also see the pill in person.
There are some sites that people do use for the identification of pills. One such site is on the following link. Pill Identifier - Drugs.com (http://www.drugs.com/pill_identification.html) The information on a site such as that is good, but not foolproof. But, it's certainly better to use a site that has sections on it specifically designed for the identification of pills rather than relying on people who are strangers to you and not pharmacists. After all, how do you know that strangers who tell you what they think is correct identification of the pills are correct? Please see an example of discrepancies in the identification of a pill on the following link. The thread there is two pages in length.

Even if someone were to post an image here that looks exactly like the pill that someone is wanting to identify, and then writes what they think the identity of the pill is, it's still best to take the pill to a pharmacist for identification to be sure of what it is.

The link that is above and used as an answer to the question, leads to a page that shows a pill with a "W" imprinted on it as well as some other pills whose markings I can't discern other than the numbers. Not a "V" as was indicated in the original question. Also, none of the pills on that page have the number 3585 on them. Besides that, the search criteria for the pill was "358 White And Round." So, someone from this site was putting in the incorrect search criteria. Anyone from this site could make that same error!
Just the other day for this same question on this thread, someone else just simply put the word "Valium" as their answer. That post is no longer here because of other issues that arose.
This just gives further credence to the fact, that no matter what someone says a pill might be on this site, it is still the wisest choice to be taking pills to a pharmacist if you want to be absolutely sure as to the identification of them.

Does it look like this? If so, it is Hydrocodone/Ibuprofen
HYDROCODONE/IBUPROFEN is a combination of two different types of pain medicine. Hydrocodone/ibuprofen combination medications are used to treat moderate to severe pain.
This information was cross referenced with several drug formularies.
