I understand that I need to give her notice, however since she is a bi-weekly renter, does the SC Law require at least 30 days notice or 15 day notice? Also she has been having a visitor overnight for the last 2 months. I do not get along with him either. Have asked him to leave but they both told me he was her quest therefore he wasn't going anywhere. This is my home/house and I can't get rid of the rodent or her partner. There is no lease agreement only a verbal one. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! Plus is there somewhere that I can find a notice form?

South Carolina Evictions (http://www.rentlaw.com/eviction/sceviction.htm) This site can help you. The fact she had the guy over if that was not part of your verbal agreement regarding the rental, then that is considered a breach of your agreement.

Next time have it in writing just what a tenant can and cannot do so there is no creative renting going on as this roommate chose to do.
