I am looking for assistance in locating meaningful interview questions for an associate who would answer the phones in a fraud prevention call center environment

Job interviews are tricky creatures. The interviewer may or may not follow a script where they then write down the interviewee's answers. Best she just be herself and treat it like any other job interview. They are getting pickier and pickier in who they hire lately due to the numbers of out of work people and they can have their pick from a LOT of candidates for the job.
