I would like to know if anyone can explain to me how to change the two belts that drive the wheels and the blower??

In general, Look for slotted holes in the base. The engine is probably one of them. Another might be a mechanism that tilts a pulley. Idler pulleys are another possibility. These instructions are not specific to your model.

You need to tip the snow blower on its bucket. Take the bolts out of the base plate between the track. You will need to take off the cover to the belts. The bolt that holds the pulleys off the engine need to be taken off. You may need a pipe wrench or vise cripe plyers to hold the shaft while doing this then take off the pulleys. And with some difficulty take the belts off and replace them. This could be a two person job for there is a safety clamp on the lower part of the pulley for the bucket. To take the clamp off you will need to pull the handle that provides the power to your blower. Make sure you take your time and do the compleat opposite when the belts are changed. Remember to always shut off the fuel and that the engine is off. I hope I was a help.

You can disconnect the spark plug if need be. It's not a big concern for changing belts. But safety is the key.

I have the same model and have changed my belts. The trick is getting the right belt. You have to split the blower in half. Take off the plastic cover over the belts, then remove all the bolts holding the front ( blower) half. You will have to support the handles because the part that still has the motor is very heavy and will want to fall back as ;you take out the last bolts. Be sure to clean and lube the belt tensioners while in there. The mechanics of actually removing and replacing the belts is very straight forward once you have the 2 halves apart. It goes much easeir when putting it back together to have another person help you get everything lined up till you get the first few bolts in. Good luck.
