I have received a Motion for Summary Judgment today from Fredrick Hanna & Associates. They bought a debit I had with Sam's Club. How long does it take for them to get this and what should I do in return?

The Motion for Summary Judgment is because you haven't filed any paperwork on this and the suit has progressed down to the end of the movie. You need to see an attorney as soon as possible on this if it has gotten this far. Do not delay.

You could hire a lawyer to determine whether you have any defenses, if it's not too late; or you could move to the next state, quietly.

I am not familiar with "validation letter"; maybe it is something from Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Motion For Summary Judgement means you have filed no defense and the plaintiff wants its judgement. They are coming after you and your assets; seek competent legal advice.
