Why would I vote for someone who will not recite the Pledge of Allegiance or place his hand over his heart when the Pledge is recited? If he were to be elected, will he place his hand on the Holy Bible or the Koran?

I would never vote for Barack Obama because he is inexperienced, used cocaine and other drugs and alcohol regularly and his middle name is Hussein. Not that I think he wants us worshipping Allah but I'm not quite willing to take my chances on that just yet. Especially if what Shygr, says is accurate.
I'm hoping Hillary Clinton wins.

There was a picture circulated around Memorial Day - a Dem rally - Hilary, Obama and a few other hopefuls were attending. Standing on the platform - all stood toward the flag and Obama did not participate. Then I got several emails from a few friends about Obama's background.
Now I do not know who is the devil and who is the deep blue sea when it comes to either Obama or Hilary. For Hilary, love of country could be all lip service. She puts on an act worthy of an Oscar. Like excon, one of the AMHD members says, Hilary does nothing without an agenda to it.

That may be true but at least she has some history. Some experience. Bill Clinton has a brilliant political mind and if just a little wears off on her I think we'll be in good shape.

It does not matter. It is always a race between a douche bag and a terd (see: south park). I'm saving money to buy land in Montana for a subsistence farm.

Land in Montana is mostly out of budget for the average person nowadays - too many yuppy and Ted Turner types who have bought up land. But if you want Montana land in a non prime area - it is there.

Until yesterday I was for Fred Thompson. I am leaning reluctantly to either Rudy or Romney .There is no one in the race on the Democrat side I would consider voting for .

I agree Tom. I would sooner vote for an Independent that give my vote to either Hilary or Barack. Really liked Fred - still do and will admire him for a long time.

Fred Thompson? You have got to be kidding me. Fred is nothing more than another Ronald Reagan, and God knows we've had enough of those windbags in office. It is time for change. That means no McCain or republicans period. They've screwed things up enough.
Go Hillary!
AND GO GIANTS!!

Yeah, I agree. Enough with the republicans. I still say that it's between a douche and a terd though. In psychology they call this type of choice an avoid-avoid.

To answer your 3 questions: McCain, McCain, McCain. People will come to their senses when the chips are down and the only alternatives are a newbie with a good heart that lacks experience (Obama) or another Lyndon Baines Johnson (masquerading in that Hillary Clinton costume).
