I was asked a question at a party: what is consumed more world wide- chicken or fish? Have not been able to find the exact statistical answer on line. My husband says fish. Someone else said chicken because they can be every where but fish cannot. If any one knows please let me know. I am dying of curiosity.

Id say fish because they feed themselves whereas chickens have to be farmed if they are farmed. But its just a total guess

Fish by far but I don't have stats to back it up, but I think I could find them if I had time.

Personally I think fish consumption might have increased worldwide due to different disease trends that have been observed around the world in the past few years, which affected cows and poultry.
