Leaking colostrum from your breasts is not indicative of pregnancy until later on in the pregnancy.
There are numerous other things this could be... infection or hormonal imbalance just to name 2 of the less serious problems. I'd hate to scare you with the serious problems.
Now, make a doctor's appointment to find out exactly what is going on.

Hi there!
I want to say not long back I had the same too!! It was a mily discharge soemtimes, the other clear. I went to the docs thinking I may be pregnant and had some swabs taklen of the liquid and it turned out to be an infection. Apararently though, some women (and I'm one of those too as it was breats milk too) do produce all of sudden for no reason, breat milk. Go and get it checked out though as soon as you can.
Good luck hun

To be honest, I can't remember... it was certainly nothing to worry about and nothing amjor at all - just one of those things really. They gave me some anti-biotics and sent me on my way.
