I recently had to reinstall windows xp and everything back on my computer, but now my printer will not print. I have tried reinstalling but it keeps telling me no drivers found. I do not remember whick disc it is to reinstall the printer or if I even have it. But when I was trying to reinstall I don't find the brand I have on the list so I am not sure which one to install. Can you please help me. I have tried everything and nothing is working.

Lori,

Only one disc came with the printer. That's the one you need.

First, I would start by deleting the existing version of the printer from the printers folder. Then I would place the disc into the drive and let Autorun do it's thing.

Lori,

Go to Lexmark.com. Search using the model number of the printer. See if you can find the downloadable version of the newest disc and download it.
