There was this movie that I remember watching when I was little but I can't remember a lot of it. It has to be an 80s or 90s movie, it was animated,and one of the character not sure if it was an important one looked short,chubby,big head,in a shadow beard and I think he smoked a pipe. Oh it also look like it could posibly be a japenese film. Does anybody know what this movie could be?:)
