I like this guy and I don't know if he likes me back, I mean I heard him say good stuff about me to his friends without him knowing, and he stares at me usually. But it can be really hard to tell...

He likes you.
That clearly shows that he likes you. And that's a good thing right?
All you have to do is stare at him & when he looks at you, gave him a warm smile & look away. Do that several times until he ask you out. That works!
I also like a guy (I'm 14 BTW) from my class and yea, he stare at me sometimes but I know he doesn't like me. :(

Nothing too over the top now, but start by friendly chatting, maybe ask for his number or email and get talking! I've heard it can be a bit intimidating when a girl straight out asks a guy to go out, so if he likes you I'm sure he'll make his move first, and if he doesn't... dont worry about it, he's obviously a tad too immature and not worth your time :) but he's definately showing the signs!
