Indigent disabled person with roughly 18 months of probation remaining. Person unable to work or drive due to epileptic seizures.
1. Can court fees be waived at end of probation?
2. Is alcohol consumption testing valid for someone who has no vehicle and is unable to drive due to physical condition?
3. Are AA meetings and counseling valid legal requirements for someone who will in all likelihood never drive a vehicle again?

1. Can they be waved, yes, will they be, most likely not Your attorney will have to make a motion to have them waived.

2. yes, testing is valid and can be required, failure to do so, can result in probation being violated. Many people with no car, no drivers license ( like they lost them in DUI) all have to do this, they get a friend, a neighbor, take a bus or something to get there.

3. yes, AA and counseling as terms of probation can be required, has nothing to do with driving but with issues of drinking and judgements.
