Hi,

I believe I have a great eye for photography, but I don know how do I showcase my photographs to the world.

Is there a particular site where we can post our photographs and gain recognition or feedback on our work.

Please advice,

Bhargav

There are quite a few sites where you could post a blog about what you do and also your images. Blogs, in a lot of cases, are almost the same as having a website. Please click on the following search. Free Blog - Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Free+Blog)

I use blogs to advertise the businesses that I have. There are also free advertising sites on the Internet. Some of them allow you to post images. Most of the best ones are listed on the following link. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/music/musical-instrument-advertising-103010.html

This site is probably more what you had in mind:
Photography: Photo Galleries, Photography Equipment, Photographers - photo.net (http://www.photo.net/)

It's an informal photographer community. You can post photos to the galleries for other members to comment on. This will provide you with the feedback you are looking for. I suggest pairing this with your own blog, as others have suggested, so that you have your own place to direct folks to when you want them to see only your work. Good luck!

Also you may want to set up your own web site, and then allow various places and companies to view your work.

JPG Magazine: Brave New Photography (http://www.jpgmag.com)

Not only is it a website full of photographers with great critique's, you can also submit your photographs to be in a magazine called "JPG" the magazine can be found in any bookstore that sells magazines... Cool, right??
